I found this great article the other day about how to bluff and ultimately train yourself to feel and be more confident. It is really simple straight forward advice. I particularly like the thought of training my 'confidence muscle' - something I aim to do every day!!

Last week I helped to facilitate a forum for the Voluntary and Community Sector in Yeovil. It never ceases to amaze me how many dedicated people are out there doing stuff for nothing! The Yeovil Street Pastors really interested me. Teams of folk from 18 different churches in the area providing much needed support for the vulnerable and at risk on the streets of Yeovil between 11pm
